LAN HA BAY 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT
Day 1
Hanoi – Hai Phong – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay (L/D)
You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi at around 9:15am. We’ll arrive in Haiphong at around 11:30, and then immediately proceed to board the Orchid cruise around noon. While checking in you’ll receive a welcome drink and a short briefing before you can go to the top-deck to enjoy the views as you cruise through Ha Long Bay.
We’ll arrive at Da Chong Islet at 12:40, which is home to a lighthouse that is over a hundred years old. After this we have a delicious lunch on-board before continuing to the islets of Con Vit and Gia Lun.
At 15:00 we will reach the Ba Trai Dao beach area, where you’ll have time to kayak and swim in the cool waters. By 17:30 we return to the cruise to enjoy the sunset and participate in a cooking class, or enjoy a massage which is provided on request. At 19:30 a delicious dinner will be served on-board followed by various activities throughout the evening, including squid fishing.
You’ll spend the night in your cabin on-board the boat.
Day 2
Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Early risers can participate in a Tai Chi lesson during sunrise at 6am, followed by breakfast on the top deck. Then we continue exploring the bay and eventually reach Sang Toi Cave, where you’ll be rowed in on small bamboo boats. We’ll return you to the cruise for check-out at 9:30 before brunch at 10am and disembarkation at 11:30, followed by a drive back to Hanoi, arriving in the capital at around 14:00.
LAN HA BAY 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS
Day 1

Halong Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay (B, L, D)
Early risers can participate in a Tai Chi lesson during sunrise at 6am, followed by breakfast on the top deck. We then transfer to Viet Hai village with small boats, where you’ll get to go on a bicycle trip around the ancient village and the surrounding countryside. After a visit to an ancient house, we return to the boat at around noon and head to Bai Tu Long Bay, arriving around 13:30.
Here we’ll spend some time swimming and kayaking, taking in this most remote part of the region, before returning to the boat for another cooking class at 16:00. Dinner will then be served at 19:30, but the rest of the evening is free for you to participate in the various activities on-board before spending a second night in your cabin
Day 3
Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
